The compelling-looking new yoga documentary “Enlighten Up!” which we wrote about here on our blog last year has finally released tour cities and dates – yeeeaaahhh! In short, this film chronicles one total yoga newbie’s journey through the world of yoga, from Ashtanga Yoga with Pattabhi Jois in Mysore to Iyengar Yoga with B.K.S. Iyengar in Pune to Om Yoga with Cyndi Lee in New York City and much more. See our original post to watch a super cool trailer for the film.
