Jenni’s Bio:
Jenni Rawlings teaches a powerful vinyasa flow class that focuses on the core principles of yoga while maintaining a fun and supportive environment. She has practiced yoga nearly every day since 1997, and was a dedicated Mysore-style Ashtanga practitioner for 8 of those years. She is a certified Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga instructor, and has also completed a yoga teacher training course with Sarah Powers, an advanced teacher training course with Heather Tiddens and Denise Zaverdas, a 72-hour Yoga Anatomy course with Leslie Kaminoff, and a 20-hour Experiential Anatomy course with Judith Hanson Lasater. Jenni is also featured as a highlighted teacher by her favorite clothing line Beyond Yoga. :)
