While he doesn’t practice yoga specifically, president-elect Obama is still making a very significant commitment to his personal fitness, and therefore to his overall health and well-being. He partakes in a combination of weights and cardiovascular routines for at least 90 minutes almost every single day. This explains the recent impressive photos of our soon-to-be-leader on vacation in Hawaii. Heh heh. Maybe one day he’ll wander into a yoga studio!! But until then, his commitment to exercise and bodily health in general is impressive, and we very much support it!
