Shipping and Returns
Feel free to place your Drishti order in any of the following ways:

- Call us toll-free at 1-877-DRISHTI (374-7484) between 10-ish and 4-ish PST Monday-Friday
If you choose to email your order in, please be sure to include the items & quantities you would like, as well as your full name and shipping address. You can choose to include your credit card number and expiration date (Visa, Mastercard, or Amex) in your email, or give us a call with that information if you’d like to pay via credit card.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. If your U.S. order is over $95 in value, we will ship it for free – yay! (Sorry, international customers – we’re not able to extend this offer to you. We still love you, though!) Orders qualifying for free shipping will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (our choice). If you would prefer a faster shipping sevice, simply select the Expedited Shipping option during checkout, although this shipping method will unfortunately not be free.
Returns & Exchanges (Domestic)
For online orders only, we will gladly exchange or refund any item that doesn’t work out for you! Please send any returns or exchanges to:

All items for return or exchange must be:
- In new condition (unwashed, unworn)
- Original tags attached
- Shipped back to us within 30 days
We pride ourselves on processing returns smoothly and efficiently, and we’ll either send your exchange right out to you once we receive your return, or process your refund right away. (Original shipping charges are non-refundable – sorry!) Please include a note which has your order number, full name, email address, phone number, and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.
If you’d like an exchange, please specify what item you’d like in exchange (including color / size if applicable). We send all exchanges free of shipping charge – woo hoo! If the value of your new item is higher than your returned item, we’ll process a charge to your original credit card used for your order for the price difference. If your new item is lower in value than your returned item, we’ll refund your credit card. Easy peasy!
We currently ship to the following international countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembuorg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Vatican City.
All international orders ship via USPS Priority International Mail, and while we can’t guarantee delivery times, our best estimate is that most orders should arrive at their destination within 1.5-3 weeks (sometimes a bit longer).
International Returns & Exchanges
Please follow the same procedure for domestic returns & exchanges, but please note an increase in time needed to process your return or exchange. Also, we can only provide one exchange per international order because of the increased cost to ship internationally.
Will I be responsible for import duty, VAT, or other taxes outside the US?
Yes. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others – period! Drishti may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Drishti, our users, or others.
Your e-mail address may be added to the Drishti email list, which is an amazing list which only cool people are added to (hehh). If you would prefer to not be a part of this list, you can easily unsubscribe upon receipt of your first email.
How Does Drishti Protect Customer Information?
When you place orders or access your account information, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information that you input before it is sent to us. We use 128-bit encryption, the strongest allowed by United States law. Furthermore, all of the customer data that we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
What About Cookies?
“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as the use of a shopping cart for purchasing our products. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Without cookies turned on, you may not be able to buy product on our site – but then you can always call us to place your order toll-free at 1-877-DRISHTI (374-7484)!
