Especially if you live in the affluent suburb of Camps Bay in Cape Town, South Africa. Yikes! According to a news report, two ski mask-wearing, armed men interrupted a peaceful yoga class taking place at a community center in Camps Bay and robbed the students in attendance! The men tied up and locked the seven female yoga students in a storeroom and then fled the scene with their victims’ wallets, jewelry, and cell phones. No arrests have been made in the case thus far. Luckily, it sounds like none of the victims were physically hurt during this frightening incident.
We’re sending peaceful thoughts and energy to these astonished yoga students. We hope that this experience doesn’t dissuade them from attending yoga classes in the future! Geeeeez.
